i have a marrow...but not sure what to do with it...how do i cook it? what i can i make with it?

Marrow, lightly steam (pretty tasteless) or stuff with mince and bake,
Squash, chop into small pieces and cook as you would potato.

A good white or savoury sauce does improve the flavour of steamed marrow though joko (it also makes more washing up)

Marrow....don't even bother..
Squash-depending on the variety,......use in curries,stuff with mince (Quorn in your case)and bake,if Butternut- make a rissotto.......or roast like potatoes.
Do make sure you peel squash first if roasting or using in curry.

Joking apart joko, you can peel and slice marrow thinly, dip it in batter and shallow fry it. I quite like it like that.

slice thro middle of marrow, scoop out seeds. Fill mt space with corn/peppers/okra & plenty of butter; season & wrap in foil, bake in oven for 30mins. At the same time bake fish in separate foil wrap. Add a pipped cooking apple filled with brown sugar in own foil.

Dry seeds in bottom of oven, shell & sprinkle on apple.......ditto with squash
