How do you distract yourself? I read and write more these days and try and stay away from the kitchen (if I'm there, I cook!)
There was also mention of a Wii Fit! Does anyone use a Wii, Xbox Kinnect or Playstaion Move for fitness? Does it work? Any problems? A review would be nice!

Morning AB Ed. I was beginning to wonder where this thread was earlier this morning. Ive nothing to report at the mo as I dont get weighed until Wed pm. Ive never used a wi fit but wish I had one. Work colleagues say theyre fantastic. I have one of those small indoor trampolines and theyre quite good whilst listening to a good beat. You can go fast or slow as the beat takes you. I usually do about half hour twice a week.
I have and use the Wii fit plus - I like the yoga and some of the aerobic games. I also have Wii sport which is good too. I get weighed tonight and am expecting a gain as I was away at my sons for the weekend. It's hard to stay focused when other people are cooking for you but I did a lot of walking and running about after my 2 year old grandson sooo...............just maybe not as bad as it could have been . The truth will be out tonight.
Morning peeps, I've lost 2lbs this week which makes up for last week. Thats a stone and ½ off since I started on 5th Jan. Would like to lose at least another stone by 22nd May, Little tiggs 1st b'day. I don't have a Wii Fit or anything like that but I've been going out a lot more these days and doing plenty of walking. My energy levels have gone up considerably.
Well done Jim :o)

Good luck to everyone weighing in this evening.
I put on 1kg over the last two weeks, but back under control and will be losing again shortly.
All This light has thrown me off in the evenings recently! I want to be outside, but the winter routine usually means I do something studious in the early evenings - adjustments must be made. Have to get out on the bike for a short one this evening or something.

Good morning everyone.
I completely forgot that yesterday was Wed. until just now on Thurs.....a senior moment??????
I weigh myself on Saturdays and the weight was the same as last week. Hopefully this week will show an improvement.
I forgot to click on subscribe on the new thread and therefore have just now read all your reports and see you have all done so well.

Hi Xstitcher I wondered where you had got to .Don't worry my body clock hasn't changed yet with the hour forward change at the weekend. Yes Notafish bread is my downfall but cutting that down again. Rowan at least you have not gained again to stay the same is ok it gives you the go forward for the next week. Onwards and Downwards.
