Has anyone used any home method for tooth whitening? There seem to be so many options available. Any recommendations?

Half heartedly tried in the past, but gave it up. Couldn't be bothered to stick there with some nonsense on my teeth/in my mouth for ages.

client/dentist having hair hilites said the product was same as they used for teeth whitening :(
