If I get a rash from taking antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin) should I stop taking them, or are they still getting rid of the infection?

You should never stop taking antibiotics in mid-course, you should always complete the course - are you sure that the rash is directly related to the medication? does it mention this as a side-effect in the leaflet in the box?
Check the leaflet that came with the medicine. It usually mentions what to do if there are any side effects. if it says to contact a dr, give nhs direct a call.
Contact you GP before doing anything.
Side effects mentioned do include a rash. I would continue taking them but check tomorrow with your surgery or pharmacist.
boxtop's advice is the correct one in my opinion.
