If Ian Duncan Smith wants to impliment work for Brits shouldn't he stop the admin jobs sent out to foreign lands ?

security is now a very important issue in every workplace....
'the employer requires that every potential employee shall have a checkable 10 year work history'
in the case of driving jobs..even more importantly...
'must have held a uk driving licence for a minimum of 10 years'
of course that wouldnt help the young ones...but its a start in the right direction

Its illegal to refuse EU workers employment. This is more for migrant workers. India & Pakistan who do admin for BT/Airlines/Banks etc take a lot of work Brits could do.

So you think the Government should be telling private companies who to recruit?
A company wants to make money and the Government want them to pay taxes on their profits. So that company should be free to recruit who ever they want from where ever they want.
You as a customer of BT or whoever, are free to use another company if you wish to, but not to tell them how to do their job.
