When is the best time to take my last dose of the above medication (25 mg) in the evening to avoid the lucid dreams/nightmares that seem to follow? I've been taking it a 10 pm then go to bed at about 11.30 pm. I had been taking 3.75 mg of Zopiclone to help me sleep (which did the trick) but now it's only the Quetiapine - accompanied by the nightmares!!!

Can low blood pressure make me very tired?
