I have been having trouble with my eyes for a few weeks now so went to doctor last wednesday, he said I have Blepharitis. Has given me eye ointment and antibiotics, I have to take one a day and use eye ointment twice a day. Since saturday I have had a very sore and aching gland in the side of my throat.. Infact the whole left side Seems to be aching. Also a headache, mostly on that side as well. Could it be connected or is it something else brewing.? I am feeling very hot and clammy in waves. Just dont feel well.

You are taking antibiotics and should you also have a throat infection then that should be dealt with by these drugs.
Drink plenty, take Ibuprofen for the temperature and get back to us if need be.

The use of the antibiotic eye ointment for the blepharitits is generally indicated only if there is sign of infection.
Typical first line management is lid hygiene with warm compresses and cessation of lid make up etc. This unfortunately may be a recurrent issue and may need long term management.
I agree with sqad with there probably being no link between your symptoms but monitoring the situation is good advice.
