chronic depression hun, with agoraphobia the milk has helped along with staying still on the sofa.my health visitor will give them hell tomorrow for the delay, but the vertigo is kicking in now so not good!
ooft not good hun but listen you're not alone theres loads of pwople to talk to out here and I tell you what try the toast....works a treat!
Obviously these are side effects of stopping this pill - you need to make your GP practice well aware of what has happened and get reassurances of no recurrence, a dreadful way to treat you.

All other advice re helping the nausea is correct.

chewing gum ALWAYS helps to get rid of sickness - its the peppemint in it i think !! It work reallly well for children (if they are old enough to chew it)
hope you feel better soon
A few years ago I was on 60mg of Fluoxetine and I came of them on my own, too quickly and was pretty ill for a few days. I didn't know if it was connected or not.
As everyone has said, a ginger biscuit, peppermint or chewing gum and dry toast are good for stopping the nausea. I hope you feel better soon. :)
