What is considered to be the 'normal' range for blood pressure readings?

Was told mine was 'perfect', just wondered what variation is possible to still be considered normal.

Depending upon what underlying medical conditions that you have and depending upon what tablets you are taking and assuming that you are of average height and physique, then:
Systolic ( the top one).. between 100mms of Hg and 140mms of Hg
Diastolic (Bottom one).. between 60 mms of Hg and 80mms of Hg.
