Middle Age Sucks...

Since attaining the great age of half a century only a few months ago, I have developed new symptoms such as - dyspepsia & heartburn. My heart problem seems to be recurring. My back is easily put out, my ankle took 3 months to heal from a minor injury, I have a constant headache & stuffed sinuses.

Are there any actual benefits to getting older???????

Oh! Thank goodness for that! I was 65 in December and since then I have had a stinking cold and put my back out!
I am definitely going to go back to the gym tomorrow!
Age is internal - I have known children as old as the hills and pensioners who are as young as a teenager and as badly behaved!

Average life expentancy in the UK is 80 years.
So youth must be about 0 to 26, middle age 27 to 53, old age 54 to 80, borrowed time 81+
So don't worry about it, you only have 3 years of middle age left and you can leave it all behind.
