Tamirra if you are so put off by the drink that you are looking at rather than drinking, why dont you find something you do like. I make myself a drink in a juicer which is a carrot an apple and a bit of ginger. Tastes lovely. You have had so many suggestions of hot and cold drinks and fruits etc that there must be something that tempts you. Tea is just as good for getting the liquid into you and you told us you do drink it.
you should drink at leaast two litres of water a day, this means water and not tea or coffee etc., all the other beverages are okay as long as you drink two ltrs of water . Water flushes out your system other products do not. Try drinking water in half pint glasses at a time, this way it does not put you off as if you had it in pints at a time. You will find that if you do this, it is easy to drink two or 3 ltrs of water plus tea or coffee throughout the day. Also it is helpful to take a half pint of water to bed with you so that you can drink or sip it if you should wake up. Filtered water is more enjoyable than straight from the tap, a dash of lemon juice can also be added. Also first thing in a morning it is a good idea to boil some water and add a dash of lemon juice to it this helps to clear out the system. end of lecture :)
