Snoring remedies...
19 Answers
Hi all. My OH snores and I am having to sleep for half the night on the couch which is aggravating my disc problems. I had heard good things about the Silent Knight anti snore ring on the last snoring post several years ago, but the only one I can find readily available in shops is a Good Night anti snoring ring. Has anyone had any experience of either of these? Have tried everything else! Thanks all x

I sleep alone so disturb no-one until I stay with my daughter. She tells me I could rouse the people in the next street. For my last visit I bought an anti snore ring from Boots and some Snoreeze oral strips. She says I was so quite for the whole two weeks she thought I had died.

I snore like a pig and my OH now sleeps in a different room.. tried all the remedies in the pharmacies etc all no good.. so i bought her a pair of earplugs off the internet from america.. they block out more noise than any other earplug.. they are a bit like blue tack to look at soft and mouldable. when we go on holiday etc she packs these first.. she says they are comfertable and they block out 90% of the noise.. cost a bit but worth every penny..

Have you considered trying a mandibular advancement splint? These hold the jaw slightly forward which opens up the airway and stretches the palate so it does not vibrate which creates the snoring effect. Here's what some people have had to say about them: http:// www.sle eppro.c ...snor ing-tes timonia ls/
