Sprained Ankle

On the way home from the Doctors last night, I slipped in the rain and sprained my ankle - I limped home (luckily not too far). Have iced it and arniced it, but this morning its throbbing. I also have hay fever that I have never had before. {:O(

C'mon.....you know the rest.......Ibuprofen 600mgms up to and if necessary 3*day.

Sqad - you forgot to say - wear a silk blouse with suitable underwear - this normally comes after the 600mg of Ibuprofen.........haha

Raise ankle, cold compress - then as above...
