thanks rocky - read up on them on the amazon site but she Judi was taking for memory - when I was reading up on them they to be about sight. Although Judi has problems with her sight - she did call them IQ - but you are probably right Rocky these are probably the correct ones she takes. Thanks for your information
They're full of Omega's which is for brain function (the reason we should eat oily fish)
They are widely available here, I'm pretty sure Holland & Barratts sell them. A few years ago they trailed them in a primary school in Herts, with positive results if I remember correctly.
Well, if they contain Omega 3, then they might....just might have an effect on reducing your chance of a heart attack ( although i doubt it) but i have seen no reliable medical evidence to suggest that they have any effect on the brain or indeed memory.
