Kidney Problems

Hi
PLEASE any help or advice.
My daughter has been suffering with her kidneys for well over a year. The Dr originally said that she had an infection and prescribed antibiotics. These didn't work and she then had another course. These still didn't seem to work and she has a constant dull ache on her sides.
She has had numerous blood test & scans. They thought it was kidney stones as she was rushed to hospital one night in excruciating pain but the could see nothing on the scan. They have said its not kidney failure as her kidney appear to be healthy.
She is a chef and has been told this is a common problem with people in the catering industry as they sweat more then most people and need to keep themselves hydrated more then most.
She cannot drink alcohol even a couple of WKD effects her that much that she ends up in hospital with severe vomiting so we know its not alcohol abuse as she is only 20 and discovered she was unable to drink alcohol two years ago when she was 18 and started going to pubs etc. We live ruraly with no bus service at night so we know she never snuck out when she was younger to go boozing in pubs or clubs.
She has also gone from a size 18 to a size 8/10 in just over three years. Dr said nothing wrong there as she has just lost her puppy fat and in the job she does is very active so has gradually lost the weight because of that.
She seems ok otherwise but it really worries me about her kidneys. She refuses to go to the Drs again as they say there is nothing wrong with her.
Any advice.

pregnant. She had a scan on her abdominal area a few weeks ago and no blockage of her kidneys, no swelling of her ovaries etc. Shes reluctant to go back to Drs as they say they cannot find anything and she doesn't want to be deemed a hypocondriact but its is effecting her normal everyday life.

She has had some spotting and occasional break through bleeding but not all the time. No particular food can cause her to feel sick. Shes not a sweet person ( sugar, fizzy drinks, chocolate etc). Being a chef she does have irregular eating times, and sometimes can have her main meal after 10pm, and some times not have a proper meal all day.
