Thanks to you all - I have ordered MoM from Amazon anyway, but I will try Gripe Water - never thought of that one - mind you what sort of dose would I take - a bottle a day!? I am going through some stress at the moment and it always kicks off at times like this and I am being made to do a really stressful job at work, which I have no choice but to do which is annoying and really does not help at all. I appreciate any suggestions so please keep them coming if anyone thinks of anything else dietary wise that I could try - I would add that fibre does not help, my GP told me that not everyone's metabolism can take too much fibre, just makes me feel more bloated.
