Routine T, P, And Bp

I've had a hysteroscopy today, and on the letter to take home to give to my GP, it says "Postoperative instructions: routine T, P, and BP" What does this mean? Thank you.

Temperature..........pulse rate..........Blood Pressure.

Marjin, hope you don't mind me asking, but is that the test to see if you'r fallopian tubes are blocked?

Thanks Sqad, they didn't do any of that at any point, so I wonder why they've put in the letter to my GP that they did.

No, Anne, I didn't have a monitor. I was a day case. I was possibly supposed to stay overnight as I have a bleeding disorder, but they must've forgotten. I'm glad to be home though.

No, I didn't have a general anaesthetic.

well your treatment was a disgrace, not to take basic observations ? I hope your ' blood disorder' isn't a problem following surgery,

Marij and anne, I'v read many lies in my copy of hospital letters, then the G.P takes the letters as gospil truth and serious decisions are made on them.

Thanks Anne. I haven't gone into work today. I've had no sleep at all. I've also noticed a couple of conditions that were written on my notes. that I have never had. Goodness only knows why they're written on there. I will tell them next time I go there.

I wonder if your notes have got mixed up with another patients, I hope you took boxy advice re contacting the hospital. I hope you sleep better tonight,

Thanks Anne, most of the stuff on my notes was relating to me,so I know they were my notes, but two conditions I don't have at all. I've no idea where they came from. It's not urgent to correct them. And I will be going next month, so I'll correct them then.They seem to be a shambles up there. It's not my local hospital thank goodness, it's a hospital in London that I go to if I have anything that may cause me to bleed, because they have a bleeding dept there. I didn't sleep a wink Thursday night, or at all through the day yesterday, but had a lovely sleep last night, thanks.
