Can Anyone Translate?

Got my MRI scan result I've been handed to pass to the hospital and it's all a bit huh?!?! to me. Can anyone translate it into more me speak?
Patellofemoral dysplasia with associated maltracking , retro patella chrondropaphy, mucoid degeneration in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, something to do with a patella alta and patellar lateralisation.

Other knee feels like it's going (or gone but getting worse) the same way. Hmm...looks like maybe shiny new knees on the way for moi. Can they do the arthroscopy thing where it's not as big as big surgery with a lesser recovery time or is it different if they have to replace it?
Will see what my rheumatologist says (GP said to speak to her as more their area and see if they can chase my physio re-referral up). Rhumo seems reluctant to refer me to any surgeons (for the subacromial impingement) until the RA is more under control.
Think I just need a shiny new bionic me! ;)
