Monday my period came back with a vengeance after 3 months without, so I never bothered going to the doctor with it because surely if my periods are still showing she wont prescribe me hrt will she?

I think you can be prescribed sequential HRT...but don't know too much about that.
See your doctor if you are still having symptoms...don't worry about bothering them...you're not....it's what they are there for..usually...☺

Thanks mm I have reported myself..yes gness worth seeing doc I suppose having symptoms of menopause but with the periods as well... strange

Menopause is a gradual thing you don't normally just suddenly stop having periods and that's it. You can have years of erratic periods with many months in between and have the hot sweats etc. I would go to the doctor if you are having symptoms that bother you then they might be able to give you something that might help. If you don't go and ask you won't know.
