Cherry Juice And Gout

Has anyone tried Cherry Juice for gout. It is very expensive but is it worth trying.

You can get 5 cartons for £4 from Asda. I just drink it because i like it.
My other half drinks cranberry juice, 69 pence a carton from Lidl.

The cherry juice I was told about is pure cherry juice from Holland and Barretts at £15.99 apparently it is good to get rid of uric acid.
