I have it and am on Pregabalin (prescribed via rhumatology) which has helped a lot. I take quite a lot of painkillers as well, paracetamol and codeine phosphate mainly, but I have rheumatoid arthritis and other issues too so not just for the fibromyalgia. I have been on amitriptyline in the past too. I found mirtazapine has helped too, especially with sleep.
With many of these kinds of drugs though I find that the effect can lessen over time and it can be a balance with side effects as to the benefit you get.
