Knee-Op Bone Pain

After a knee-op is completed is it possible the patient could have one leg slightly shorter than the other or does precise measurement eliminate that possibility? also do the remaining thigh and knee bones feel any pain where part of the bone was removed to accommodate the new joint ?

No, if it was done by an expert Orthopaedic Surgeon well versed in the procedure, then there should be no shortening whatsoever.

No there should be no pain from the bone, which doesn't contain pain receptors, any pain will be from the surrounding soft tissue.

I mean a knee-joint replacement op, thanks Sqad, so you mean bone (as opposed to tissue) doesn't feel/retain pain after surgery ?
