In the paper today is an advert for Silicolgei for IBS sufferers, its quite pricey and I wondered has anyone tried it ? and would the GP be able to prescribe it , as I have to go to GP tomorrow as my potassium levels are low.

Hi Dee Sa, did you get on with this okay? I found a change in diet cured my IBS. I cut out processed foods / cereals / gluten / dairy and grains and seeds and I'm amazed at the result. Paleo diet is proven to be a cure.
