the only way you will know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.  If you cant afford the ones you can buy over the counter, most chemists will do one for you for a lot cheaper.  On ebay they sell pregnancy tests cheaply too

Hi! When i was pregnant, i still got symptoms of "coming on" and kept expecting my period to come. I was as regular as clockwork with my periods, so when i missed just 3 days, i had a feeling i was pregnant........It felt like an "ache" by the way, rather than a pain. Hope this helps....... xx
