Medication Help Please

Is anyone able to give me some advice/name on medication please? I want to ask the doctor to change my bisoprolol tablets to a liquid form of this or a similar medication (for AF) as I am having trouble swallowing tablets now. Would prefer to go to him with the name of something rather than him having to search for similar. Thanks if you can help.

This site indicates it is available as a liquid. Liquid medication tends to be more expensive than tablets. Mum's Care Home had quite a fight to get her medications in liquid form when she started having problems with her swallowing reflex.

I haven't opened the link of ubasses but it will almost certainly show that beta blockers do come in liquid form e.g Bisoprolol and Propanolol as examples.l

Thanks for your help, I had a look so will see my doctor but think it will be like getting blood out of a stone with the medication being expensive.
