Presumably he has been ginger for the last 20 years, and its only now that he is realising that he burns easily ? The mind boggles !

The mind does boggle.

As you probably know my OH is ginger and when we're away it takes him about 20 minutes to sunblock himself and then we have carry it about with us, just in case.

He's used to it...it's just a part of the morning routine. He's way more ginger than that person in the link.

He's got brown arms though from years of working outside. I don't think he's tummy has ever seen the sun though.

I have been in hospital for sunburn as I burnt through factor 50 despite it being applied every hour!!
Was off work for 3 weeks because of it!

Yes, they must beware of getting a tar tan.

He'll prob be alright. I blistered on holiday in Spain. You could see the scars for a couple of years but they faded to nothing in the end.

I doubt it Mikey, Morn by the way, both my feet got burnt but now the skin is very very thin in that area, so it will be sun cream on the pig headed person's feet in future.
