Does Osteoporosis and curvature of the spine cause back pain ?

It can depending on what position you adopt.I find that sleeping on my side causes me a lot of pain but I am OK sleeping raised up on my back.

I think it does, my mother had that and in her last years had a lot of pain. Chiropractic helped.
