I recently started homeschool, and it is the least active I’ve ever been in my life. This is worrying me, since I’ve always been somewhat fit and I want to stay fit. So my other homeschool friend and I have decided to work out together once a week. What is a good routine we could do? We would like something simple enough, and something that doesn’t include weights. Just things like running, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc. we are both young teenagers (13 and 14). Thanks!
