Double cream has 458 calories per 100ml; semi skimmed milk has 48.6
Double cream has 2.38 g of carbohydrate; semi skimmed milk 5.01
Double cream has 48.38g of fat; ss milk 1.7g
Cream may have less sugar but you will certainly gain more weight from cream than semi skimmed milk. The amount of sugar in milk is only a real concern if you are diabetic
