Try going to the gym and having an induction on Body Building. They will teach you how to gain size and there are also protein shakes which help you bulk up. The gym will also tell you the best foods to eat in order to gain size

Same here! After giving up smoking I used lager, chips and pork pies with salad cream on them as a nicotine substitute. I am now what one might term as 'rotund', though I prefer 'stocky'!
Give up smoking eat lots of take-away and junk before going to bed helps too, because your body relaxes you metabolism doesn't burn off as much fat.. "Build up" shakes in-between meals.
