I don't smoke, most weeks my alcohol intake doesn't exceed 14 units and my BMI is within the recommended range (although I'd still like to lose a few kilos).
However my fruit and veg intake doesn't comply with the '5 a day' guidelines (although I try to eat a couple of portions of fruit each day) and I'm unsure as to whether my 'activity' rate is high enough. (I can still walk several miles without any effort, and I do try to get some exercise each, but I'm not sure that it's enough to meet the guideline level).
