Receding Gums!

More teeth trouble! Where I thought my front teeth were dirty, I think it's that they are GAPPIER than before, and that the gums in between each tooth has receded. I'm really worried. I grind my teeth a lot, and my tongue feels 'too big' for my mouth. I am aware of my tongue pushing against the back of my lower front teeth a lot, and in fact pressing a lot of my other teeth too- stress probably. The gum receding is a real concern. I floss/ use Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. I leave it on rather than rinsing it out. I've noticed my lower lip bleeding so maybe it's too strong for me? I can't see my dentist - I asked if I could have an appointment in August and they said no, emergency backlog only. Any advice on gums?!

This suggests that the teeth grinding might be behind your problem:

So perhaps you need to try to find ways to prevent it?

My friend's dentist told her Cordosyl was making her teeth look black, especially when she told him she was leaving in on overnight. He told her tomake sure it was rinsed off completely. Her teeth improved in appearance when she stopped.

Cashier- was that the brown bottle which is an antiseptic treatment or the normal toothpaste? Very grateful if you could ask for me!
corsodyl does indeed darken the teeth so I don't know why they produce/manufacture it.

Buenchico- I do have a mouth guard, I’ll dig it out and stay using it again.
jj they make it because it is sovereign for dealing with gum infections.
You can buy a daily Corsodly mouthwash which might be better for you as you shouldn't use the medicinal one for prolonged periods of time. It tastes much nicer.
Corsodly.....love it
Oops. Didn’t see that :0)
