Test and trace/track and trace has been existence here for many decades- maybe before we were children. If you mean the app, can you point to any countries that have such a system that works well and would also work here bearing in mind the privacy/human rights issues and the fact that we have a 'hands off' approach to law enforcement compared to say China, plus people here who just don't like being told what to do
