Baby Constipation

How long can a baby (nearly one month) go without a poo?
Our baby is having one every third day! He is not breastfed and I’ve given him a drink of tepid boiled water (5mls)

That's about right if it is bottle fed.

If not then that's his normal pattern at the moment.

gollee, I read that first sentence as meaning he'd gone a month without one.

Phew. Every two or three days sounds fine. God knows in a year or so you'll be knee-deep in it and looking back to the good old days...
