Ask your GP for his advice about your condition, though. In the meantime, try to stand on the bottom step of your stairs (not far to fall!) with your heels overhanging. Raise up on to your tiptoes, hold for as long as comfortable, lower your feet so that your heel is lower than your toes, as far as is comfortable. Hold and repeat. Do this several times a day if it doesn't hurt. It contracts your muscles in your legs and feet and improves circulation naturally.
Walking is an excellent way to improve circulation, too, if you are able. Preferably uphill and down, but no need to go mountaineering.
