Good Morning Late Wednesday Birds.

I am trying to increase the amount of protein I consume in a day and was wondering if there is a good protein powder for coffee. I already have one protein shake daily for my afternoon snack, and I try to have protein with every meal. The thing is, I need to get around 113g of protein daily.

1g of protein contains 4 calories. If (for a reason that I don't understand) you reckon that you need 113g of protein daily, that's 452 calories from the protein content of your diet. That still leaves you with over 1500 calories to play with on a typical target of 2000 calories intake per day.
Protein powders are generally best avoided anyway:

113g should be easy to achieve. One large chicken breast has 56g of protein. A tin of tuna will give you 25g. A cod fillet is 41g. 3oz of lean beef is 25g. Chop up some fresh fruit and eat it with greek yoghurt - 4oz is 10g
Add in the other protein rich foods you should be eating such as nuts, eggs, milk, cheese, oats, vegetables and you will have a well balanced diet with all the protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals you need.
