w11   dell   laptop    lappy not  booting  up/  ok  last  night    when  shut  down   /to  day  nothing/ held  down power  button  a  few  times  /the  battery  light  in  on / help  please

Try holding the FN key with F10

Maybe your adaptor is duff, or the battery. Does the adaptor buzz when turned on - you may have to stick your ear to it.

If it does, does your laptop have a power light when plugged in on the mains.

i took  it  back  to  shop  2  weeks     it  was  not  charging  they  did  a  full  service/////the  battery  light   is  on//cannot  hear  adapter  buzzing    thank  u  again
