I drink 8-10 pints of lager a week. How can I keep drinking the same amount but lose weight and gain fitness? Obviously exercise and diet are important and I'm willing to do this but how much exercise do I need to do and what exactly do I need to be eating?

The best way is to eat less than you normally do, try to avoid fat and fried food and add more vegetables to your diet. Again with excercise simply do more than you do at the moment .. joining a gym is a good way for some people. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight then team up with them and that makes it a bit more fun. Good luck.
