Im 16 and female, going through alot of stress at the moment and have been feeling depressed and have been suffering hot flushes and lightheadedness, back and neck pain and difficulty sleeping. Could this be stress related or could it be something else??? thanks
Yes this could well be stress. I have had similar. Try eating healthily, not watching TV for an hour before bed, drinking hot choc and relaxing before sleep, and regular exercise (best is cardio exercise for 30 mins a day). Sleep is the key to my stressing out. If you need to, go see you your doctor, who should be able to help you out. Good luck. p.s. If you are stressing about exams then don't. They aren't the be all and end all in life.
