Knee Injury
2 Answers
Recently during a 5-a-side football game i twisted my knee trying to play a pass with the outside of my foot. At the time it was quite painfull... no swelling but i had bit of trouble walking a few days after and found it slightly painfull to bend my leg. anyways after a weeks rest i started playing again althou in a couple of games i've played the same pass and had the same pain, althou not as bad and was able to continue playing, albeit with a bit of dsicomfort the next day. Just wondering if anyone has experienced a similar injury... or can suggest ways to help.

If you had done your ACL you would know about it.
However if there is no swelling then its prob not a ligament damage either.
go to the doctors, the doctors would send you for an MRI there refer you to hospital who prob put you down for keyhole surgey. Most hospitals wont send you for MRI as its too expensive.
