Pins & needles
5 Answers
OK ,so anybody had this one before?
I bend my neck forward to put my chin on my chest and get a rush of mild pins and needles in my feet. They don't stay if I keep my head down, they don't hurt but do happen every time I put my head on my chest.
Trapped nerve? Something else?

I really think its nothing to worry about and I'm sorry my initial thoughts and answer seemingly got on your nerves.
Interestingly, my first thought to your reply was how on earth can you pick your feet without looking at them?!! ;-)
OK OK so it happens when I look down at the floor, was trying to be too descriptive with the chin on chest thing!
It doesn't happen when I stand up or sit down zimzam, do you reckon it would do if was a trapped nerve then?
Funnily enough Panic Button I was in a Yoga session when I first realised that it was that movement that caused the pins & needles I'd had for a few weeks - it was like an epiphany. Well, they do say Yoga is an elightening experience!
I'm not particularly worried by it, just wondered if anyone had experienced it before...
