i ad an accedent at work 3 years ago .i ad back and neck injuries . i am still off work and im classed as disabled . the first aider move me when i beg them not 2 dew 2 my injuries they drag me 2 the main gate 2 wait 4 the ambulance can anyone tell me was the first aider doing her job correctly? should they have move me ? and where can i get information about first aid duties thank you

it must be a bad accident,because its really affected the part of your brain that is used for spelling,this is not a text service my friend,write properly

no if they suspected spinal injuries they should not of moved you. from the sounds of it the company you worked for may not of had insurance at the time your best bet is to contact a solicitior and seek legal advice on the matter.
