I have a feeling that mine are going. I just wondered if any of you AB's have had it done and what where the results like ? how long you were of work ? and whats involved?

I ask because I love playing squash and badminton and hope the outcome wont stop me playing !

Hello me again

Im a avid runner and my left knee has been losing cartilage over the years of running the hills.
The best way to keep a knee strong and to rebuild it the best way you can is by BIKING... There has been many studies to support this done.

sorry for the delay in replying to you .

thanks for your answers

It was confirmed that it is the cartilagle by a friend a few years ago (he is a physotherapist)

but it is only the pass few weeks that it has caused me any pain the best way to dicribe it is

If you sit in a chair with you foot just off the ground place your hand on the knee cap then slowly rise your foot to level with your hip.

As you do this you can feel though your hand the sensation of grinding glass. although this is not painful.

The only times it is painfull is when going from kneeling or crouching to standing up.

cheers
Try taking Glucosamine with Clondrin. It has worked wonders for my knees. You need to take it for at least a month before you feel the benefit.
