Hi i was wondering whats the best way to lose weight, i have a bit of a belly but else where im quite slim i was just wondering whats a good way how i can get rid of this but not feel hungry all the time like i am doing.
Im try to go swimming 3 times a week and i was wondering whether i needed to do more exercise? Thank you in advance
I think many people think that the stomach should be absolutely flat yet if you look around at see many fit people, they also have a little bit of a belly. However, if you want to trim it a little, try lying on your back and doing about 30 sit-ups night and morning. It won't completely eliminaty the extra fat there but will help trim that area down.
Also try and reduce the amount of food you eat. Using a smaller plate often helps.
Swimmings ok as long as you push yourself and aren't just plodding up and down the pool. You need to feel slightly breathless during exercise and possibly a bit stiff in the morning.
