Shoulder Pain.

I've been experiencing pain by my right shoulder blade,shoulder top and arm. I saw my doctor as I thought I might have gallstones but after examination she said I needed blood tests for liver,kidney,muscle and bone. She told me I never had all the symptoms of gallstones as I dont feel sick and my tummy is'nt tender. Im worried as to why she's ordered the blood tests. Any help appreciated,
