I would have been quite happy to have continued taking them, but my doctor decided I had been on them long enough, and told me to stop taking them to see how I went on.
I just stopped stopped them when my prescription ran out and I didnt have any problems with withdrawal.
They got me over a time when I needed help, and I havent had to take anything since.

I used these for a short time. I felt they did not make me feel any happier or such, but they did help me handle situations and problems calmer! Dont quite know if it was the pills or my mind telling me. When I was a child I used to be very car sick, and my dad used to give me two 2p's he told me to hold one in one hand and the other in the other hand. I did this all the way to devon, which is a long way from Romford, and I was not sick and didnt even feel sick. Since then ive held the same 2p's everywhere I go, and passed this on to my own children. Obviously this was all in my mind but it worked. All Im saying is that the mind is a strange thing, but pills are helpful too. Goodluck. s0nicxx
