i have started with a pain which came on about 5 hours ago in my left testical which is sore to touch. never suffered with it before and has come on sudden. has anyone ever suffered this problem or could tell me what it could be.

yes believe it or not it can be related to back problems. i had this in my right testicle. saw the doctor he told me it is to do with my back problem.have you lifted anything heavy? its wort having it checked out though just for piece of mind

you could have a twisted testicle, my sons symptoms were the same and that was wot he had. See your doc mate...
