Ear pain

Does anyone have any cures for constant earache? I have had it in my right ear since Thursday or Friday and its driving me crazy! I've been to the Dr's where I was perscribed Otomize spray which I have used many times in the past, I have been using it, and taking Ibuprofen but the pain is not easing at all. I have had a hot water bottle on my ear most of the day but thats not doing anything either. Any ideas would be great!

Hi i had a constant ache in one of my ears and in the end had to ask a doctor. It was just a fluid build up behind the ear drum and advised me to buy one of those Vics inhaler decongestant thingies, within a couple of days the ache had diminished, a couple more and it had gone. I hope this helps.

If it continues, get back down to the doc. Ask for a different doc if you have lost faith in the first.
