bit embarrassing this one but i am going to be running in the great north run shortly i have been training and as i have been running i find that i pee myself - dont laugh!! the further i run the more i pee its awful!! i am a 36 year old mother of two. is there anything i can do to help alleviate this apart from wearing a nappy!! The run is in four weeks help!!!!
I`m not laughing as I can sympathise with you. It may not work in time, but pelvic floor excersises help tighten things up. Failing that wear a Tenna for the run & enjoy the run. It`s nothing to be embarassed about. I wear them daily & do n`t know they`re there.
