the best way to loose weight is to eat a healthy diet of lots of fruit and veg. fish a little meat, wholegrain pasta/rice/bread, nuts, beans etc. always cook from scratch. dont eat processed food eg ready meals and lots of cakes, crisps etc and also do some exercise.
dont stop yourself eating 'bad' things occassionally, eat healthy snacks through the day, dont starve yourself, always eat breakfast, and try drinking a glass of water before every meal and eat slowly.
